So, I have been thinking; I would like to learn how to cook! You know become the next Rachel Ray. I will say I have a few killer receipes for appetizers as well as GREAT chocolate chip cookies...but making dinners; not so much!!! A typical dinner I make is either spagetti or chicken from the foreman with instant mashed potatoes. So, do you have any favorite- easy to make dinners that make it seems like hours to make?

I've got a killer Vodka cream pasta sauce recipe and some yummy buttery sauces for shrimp...you'll love them and they are super easy...Sean would be WAY impressed!
